MISSION & HISTORY.
The office of the Senior Special Assistant on Diaspora & Foreign Relations was set up by Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu on June 14 2019 to be the point of contact for matters relation to the Diaspora and Diplomatic engagements.
Diaspora - We are provide information, advice and guidiance for Nigerians in the Diaspora who visit the city of Lagos for business or pleasure as tourist. Not only Nigerians in the diapsora but also every diaspora community in Lagos, Indian, Lebanese, German, French, Amercian, British etc who call lagos home. Returnees who recently arrived into the country are signposted and referred to the relevant authorities that provide the support they need. We also function as a bridge connecting the historic diaspora dispered around the world from Carribean Island, the Americas, etc who need to reconnect with thier roots.
Our key goals and objectives is to provide information, support integration and facilate investments into the state, these are detailed below.

You can be sure to get the most authentic and verified piece of information on the platform. LSDN aims to be prompt, accurate and transparent in informing members of investment, mentoring, volunteering opportunities and all relevant happenings and events around them.

Members who wish to return home or visit Lagos get a good opportunity at integrating into the system with support from members of their community on the website, a good understanding of how Lagos living is like and other useful tips.

The ease of doing business, where and how to invest are major objectives of LSDN. Members will be connected to trusted partners in areas of interests such as real estate, small and medium scale businesses, Agro farming and more.
