Lagos Calls For Strategic Collaborative Efforts Against Breast Cancer

The Lagos State Government has called for strategic teamwork among all stakeholders in

the battle against breast cancer, including increasing awareness, educating the public, and generating money to support life-saving medical services, research, life-changing support, and rehabilitation.

Dr. Olusegun Ogboye, the Permanent Secretary of the Lagos State Ministry of Health,

made this disclosure today at a Road Awareness Walk to close out the Y2022 Pink

October Breast Cancer Awareness Month in Lagos State. He noted that the fight against

breast cancer requires everyone's combined efforts to raise awareness and take action.
